Tandoori Gobi | How to make Tandoori Gobi recipe - less oil baked & grilled version - Naughty Little BEES kitchen

Tandoori Gobi is the simple version recipe I had never thought of. I used very less oil, baked it for about 15minutes and grilled it for 10minutes. I am not okay with only grilled version it might ends in smoky gobi recipe so I choose bake & grill option. It was the perfect healthy evening snacks or goes well with any variety rice. We had with Coriander Rice. It goes well with tomato ketchup & green chutney when kids take it as evening snack. Perfect starter for the guest menu.
