Onion Peanut Chutney | How to make Onion Peanut Chutney | Vengaya verkadalai chutney - Naughty Little BEES Kitchen
This Onion Peanut chutney is loaded with protein which is good for your little ones. This goes well with Idli or dosa. It has such a lovely color which can attract kids easily. I used byadgi red chili which also called as Bangalore red chilies for the lovely color as well as mild spiciness. I used shallots in this recipe to enhance the taste.

- If you use roasted nuts then skip step1
- You can even grind this chutney with peanuts skin also. It tastes good even with the skin.
- If your tamarind is hard then soak it in hot water & use it while grinding the chutney.
