Yellow Moong dal-1cup*
Raw Rice-2tbsp
Idly/Dosa Rice -2tbsp
Red Chilies-3to4
Hing-a generous pinch
Ginger-1inch piece
Salt-as needed

Notes
- Adding onion & carrot enhance the flavor you can skip it & make plain dosa as well
- You can add finely chopped coriander leaves & tomatoes & capsicum too
- Always pulse blender in the first speed else it will create more heat & spoils the taste of the batter
- To avoid heating of blender use ice water instead of normal water
