Kids who don't eat fruit also like this recipe. Apple is high in fiber & less in calorie. Taking a apple per day keep you away from the doctor. Ingredients needed
Apples-2
Grated Jaggery-2tbsp
Butter-1tbsp
Lemon juice-taken from 1 lemon

Preparation
  1. Take the fresh 2 apples & peel it
  2. Slice it into fingers 
  3. Pour lemon juice on the sliced apples & toss it well
  4. Heat the pan with 1tbsp of butter
  5. Add 2tbsp of jaggery & allow it to melt
  6. Add sliced apples to the jaggery syrup
  7. Toss it well. Sliced apples should be covered with the jaggery syrup
  8. Cook for 7-9 minutes .Allow it to absorb all the jaggery syrup. Toss in between which ensures even spreading of jaggery syrup on the apple slices
  9. Switch off the flame & transfer it into the bowl & Serve it cool. Top it with little Jaggery syrup

Notes
  1. No need to any water to make Jaggery syrup, Just melt it with the butter in the heat itself
  2. Don't cook the apples completely then it will become mushy
