South Indian breakfasts must need side dishes like sambar or chutney or gravy kind of things or chutney powder. So giving plenty of varieties in side dish make you unique. Simple twist in our usual recipes make it tastes great.Usually kids don't like to eat curry leaves as it is(even we cleverly finely chopped it), so instead of adding curry leaves in tempering we can add and fry it with the tomatoes which gives unique flavor for your recipe. Definitely kids would love it.
