Its always healthy that if we make paneer,butter,ghee which we use most for kids recipes. Because we used to make many recipes with these milk based items. So if we make those recipes at home its the best option and we do get satisfaction that our kids are eating healthy recipes. With that satisfaction here I am giving you homemade ghee recipe. Usually I prepare ghee and butter from malai to make neivedhyams now I started doing it regularly for my little bee.

Ingredients needed
Malai/Milk Cream-2 Cups*

*1Cup-240ml

Preparation
  1. Put 2 cups malai in heavy bottom pan and allow it to boil
  2. Malai starts to boil. Keep the flame low to medium heat. Stir in between to avoid getting burnt.
  3. Keep on boil the malai you can see that the ghee starts separating

  4. keep on boil until you get into this stage๐Ÿ‘‡.Allow it to cool
  5. Change the cooled ghee to the air tight jar. Enjoy your homemade ghee with your favorite recipes

Notes
  1. I used cow milk cream(malai) to make ghee as we use cow milk. You can make your homemade ghee with buffalo milk cream(malai) too
