Homemade Dark Chocolate | How to make Dark Chocolate at home - Naughty Little BEES Kitchen

This is such a big shot recipe in my house and no doubt my little-one loves it to the core. actually she formed a team with her father and protesting with the quotes "We want Chocolate we want Chocolate". So it was done finally. I always prefer simplest way to prepare because I don't want to spend my time in the kitchen that too in summer. I always try more new recipes in winter😉(not only me most people right?)

Dish Name:Dark Chocolate    Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cuisine:                               Serves:12 chocolates

Ingredients needed
Butter unsalted-1/2 cup*
Cocoa powder-3 tbsp
Powdered sugar-3 tbsp

*1Cup-240ml

Preparation
  1. Keep the butter in room temperature for few minutes before you start preparing the recipe.Using double boiler method i.e. boil the water in one pot and place the bowl on the top of the pot without touching the boiling water
  2. Once the comes to the roll boil stage reduce the flame to low and melt the butter in the bowl 
  3. Sieve the Cocoa powder and powdered sugar and add it to the melted butter 


  4. Mix everything well without any lumps until you get glossy textured mix 
  5. Pour it on the silicone chocolate mold or any steel box and keep it in the freezer for 2-3 hours  
  6. Take out from the freezer after 2-3 hours and serve. Reserve the remaining in the air tight container . Keep the container in the freezer for the good texture. Shelf life of this recipe is one week.
Notes
  1. If you are using salted butter add one more tbsp of powdered sugar else it might taste bit salty
  2. You can double the quantity if you want to make bulk quantity its completely your choice
