This is very simple and yummy and healthy recipe choice for your little-bee. Especially my little-bee likes this rice only for the nuts i used for topping😀. You can simply make this rice without any tempering also. Curry leaves has many benefits it helps in digestion good for hair growth so try to add curry leaves in your daily foods as much as possible to get all the benefits.

Ingredients needed
Cooked rice-1/2 cup*
Curry leaves powder-2-3 tsp
Salt-as needed
To Temper
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urad Dal-1/2 tsp
Channa dal-1/2 tsp
Cashews-4
*1Cup-240ml
Preparation
- Cook the rice in pressure cooker/Electric cooker or whatever way you do.Allow it to cool.Add a tsp of oil, Curry leaves powder and little salt mix everything well with fork to get separate grains and keep it ready
- Heat the kadai, pour a tsp of oil add mustard seeds, urad dal,channa dal,cashews and fry till dal turns golden color
- Add the tempering to the rice and give a gentle mix. Check for salt if you need some more salt add and mix it well.
